On this page, we explain our Investors Timeline in more detail. Please keep in mind that in our philosophy, every client is unique and has different needs. Therefore, you can best interpret the timeline below as a general guideline from which we can deviate if the circumstances of the case require it.
During this phase we will meet each other and discuss your wishes/requirements and explain what you can expect from our side. If we decide to move forward together, we will discuss the strategic approach that we want to undertake. During this phase, we will map out the timeline, investment strategy and operational intricacies such as taxes, costs and future necessary legal arrangements. We can help you with mapping out your financing options in Portugal, for example through a mortgage.
In this phase we will start our property search. We aim to find the right property for the right price. We will do extensive market research and our recommendations will always be based on accurate market data gathered by us and our partners. We will present you a ROI prognosis that helps you decide which option you want to go for. If desired we can of course arrange viewing trips too on which we will accompany you in every step of the way.
After we have decided on the right property. We work together to draft and negotiate the best deal possible, basing ourselves on market data and experience. Once an agreement has been reached, we can proceed to signing the purchase contract and doing the deed at the notary. During this process, we make sure that you receive the right legal advice, and that you obtain a tax number and bank account. We will also help you with finding the right insurance as well as concluding a contract for utilities.
When everything is setup, we (if desired) can manage the rental activities for you. We do the work, and you will have a money machine running itself. We will always be available to you, to help you with anything you might need.
